Dr. Masood Abdulkareem Abdulrahman is Community Medicine associated professor. He graduated from Salaheddin University's College of Medicine in 1989. In 2008, he received his Master of Community Medicine from Duhok University, and in 2014, he became a fellow of the Kurdistan Board of Medical Specialties in Community Medicine. From 1989 to 2015, he worked in various Ministry of Health institutions, holding a variety of responsibilities. He was the chairman of the community health department in the college of Health and Medical Technology/Shekhan at Duhok Polytechnic University beginning in May 2015.
He has been the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technology and the Dean of Shekhan Technical Institute since December 2017. Asst. Prof. Dr. Kareem Kharabayee got the BVMS degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from the University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq in 1982, and M. Sc in the field of Poultry and Fish diseases from the same University in 1993, and Ph. D in Parasitology at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Agriculture-Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2012.
